Cardinal Santos Medical Center management recently signed a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with Nagkakaisa na mga Manggagawa ng Cardinal Santos Medical Center (Kasangga-CSMC), following amicable negotiations with the employees’ union lasting just one day.
We feel your concern and empathy towards your employees),” said Kasangga-CSMC President Dino Babasa. Like I’ve always said, as long as Kasangga is around, management can count on our concurrence in the growth and development of Cardinal Santos Medical Center).”
We have proven here that at Cardinal Santos – not only are we partners, not only are we allies – we are one family),” CSMC President & CEO Raul C. Pagdanganan affirmed.
The agreement, which will be binding from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025, ensures CSMC patients that both the hospital’s management and its employees remain steadfastly aligned in providing quality, professional, and compassionate care for several years to come.
