PhilHealth members may enjoy deductions on their hospital bill provided that they submit duly accomplished, signed, and valid PhilHealth Eligibility and Claim form prior to discharge.
Claim Signature Form (CSF) is available at the admitting section or at the PhilHealth office located in the lobby of the main hospital building.
Cardinal Santos Medical Center is accredited with Philippine Health Insurance Corporation’s (PhilHealth) Z-Benefit package, helping patients in shouldering their financial concerns in accommodating their needed medical assistance.
In the Z-Benefit package, patients are entitled to benefit on a certain amount lend by the PhilHealth depending on the procedure that they avail in the hospital.
