Note: Hospital Visiting Policies are subject to change according to special health protocol advisories ordered by the Philippine Department of Health and/or the CSMC Infectious Medicine Unit.
Visitors are allowed at the clean ward from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm daily with the following guidelines:
Two (2) visitors at a time per patient in the private ward and one (1) at a time for the semi-private and service ward.
Visitors must be 7 years old and above and minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Visitors with fever, cough, colds, respiratory symptoms, and other contagious illnesses are strictly not allowed to visit the patient.
No visitors allowed at Covid wards and Covid ICU.
All visitors must secure the “visitor’s pass” from the Information/Concierge desk located at the main hospital lobby upon presentation of any ID to monitor the number of visitors inside the room. Present the said pass to the security on duty near the elevator to allow entry to the patient’s room.
For CLEAN ICU (Same guidelines as above)
Maximum of two (2) visitors are allowed per cubicle.
Visitors must be 12 years old and above and minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Visiting hours are from 9:00 am-11:00 am and 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm daily
But in some instances, visitation may be restricted as per the advice of the attending physician.
For Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), only breastfeeding mothers are allowed to come to NICU to breastfeed and spend more time with their babies.
