Visitors' Information

Note: Hospital Visiting Policies are subject to change according to special health protocol advisories ordered by the Philippine Department of Health and/or the CSMC Infectious Medicine Unit.

 

Visitors are allowed at the clean ward from 6 am to 9 pm daily with the following guidelines:

 
  • Must be 7 years old and above and fully vaccinated (with at least one booster shot). If unvaccinated, RT-PCR is required in lieu of a vaccination card.
  • Two (2) at a time per patient in a private ward and 1 at a time in a semi-private and service ward.
  • Visitors with fever, cough, colds, respiratory symptoms, and other contagious illnesses are not allowed to visit the patient.
  • No visitors are allowed at the Covid ward, ICU, and NICU (except for breastfeeding mothers).
  • All visitors must secure the “visitor’s pass” from Information/Concierge upon presentation of their vaccination card. Visitor must leave their Vaccination Card or any ID to monitor the number of visitors inside the room.
 
For ICU, visitors are allowed to view their patient outside the ICU from 9am to 11am and 7pm to 9pm. But in some instances, visitation may be restricted as per advice of attending physician.

 

For Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), only the breastfeeding mothers are allowed to come to NICU to breastfeed and spend more time with their babies.
