For the second straight year, Cardinal Santos Medical Center has been announced as a finalist in the Hospital Mangement Asia Awards 2023.

CSMC has reached the finals as one of the best in the Talent Development category for its Ready, Set, Lead! Program (CSMC Operations Committee). AVP & Nursing Director Leona Paula L. Macalintal has also been announced as a finalist in the Chief Nurse of the Year category.

In 2022, Cardinal Santos won two Excellence awards at Hospital Management Asia Awards for for 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 and 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.
