• The packages include Attending Physician’s Professional Fees to interpret results.
• The packages exclude possible add-ons (i.e. Arterial Duplex Scan, Stress Echo with CPET, Eye Center procedures, Video Colonoscopy, Video Gastroscopy, etc.), which are charged on-top of the package rate.
• For inpatient availment, the applicable room and board charges corresponding to the selected accommodation (subject to availability) shall be applied on-top of the Outpatient base rate of the chosen package.
• The package is applicable to Self-Pay, Corporate Account, and HMO-covered patients. HMO availment is subject to the approval of the HMO provider based on the patient’s coverage plan.
• The packages are not compensable by PhilHealth.
• Senior Citizen, PWD, Solo Parent, and other discounts are not applicable on the packages.
