    • • Major Operation – maximum 3 hours

• • Use of Recovery Room with Monitoring (per hour) – maximum 4 hours

PACKAGE COST: Shoulder Arthroscopy Package (without Professional Fee) – Php 85,000

Package Eligibility: Applies only to non-complicated cases as determined by the attending physician. If deemed complicated during the procedure, charges will follow itemized rates based on actual utilization of supplies and procedure cost, thereby nullifying the package rate.
