Open Heart Surgical Package

The Cardinal Santos Medical Center, as a tertiary care hospital, is providing a discounted open-heart surgery
package that encompasses procedures such as CABG under CBP, OPCAB, AVR, MVR, MAVR, ASD patch closure,
VSD patch closure, and PDA litigation under CPB for the benefit of cardiac patients. The package costs are as
follows:

• ₱1,200,000 (Private Room) + ₱50,000 optional blood package
• ₱1,300,000 (Suite Room) + ₱50,000 optional blood package
• ₱1,400,000 (Presidential Suite Room) + ₱50,000 optional blood package

These rates are already discounted, and thus, the 20% Senior Citizen’s discount does not apply. The Surgical
Package’s professional fee is NET of PhilHealth coverage. For patients with Health Maintenance Organization
(HMO) coverage, the patient must obtain a Manager’s Check payable to Colinas Verdes Hospital Managers Corp
from their HMO to cover the HMO’s share. This amount will be deducted from the total Surgical Package cost, and
Letter of Authorization (LOAs) will not be accepted. Fund Wire Transfer is also accepted.
