• To establish the implementation and maintenance of a quality management system
• To provide specialized medical laboratory test services that comply with standard laboratory procedures and satisfy the requirements of accrediting body and authorized bodies.
• To ensure that all the laboratory personnel familiarize and comply themselves with the documented quality system and competent in performing their assigned duties.
• To ensure that all equipment related to the testing activities are properly maintained and monitored.
• To provide conducive and safe working environment
• To produce technically defensible laboratory test results that accurately and precisely describe the sample for the purpose of reporting to client.
