Provides comprehensive care based on standard Nursing
process.
Identify and document patient’s plan of care and health
teaching within prescribed hours of admission.
Develop, discuss and communicate the care plan for
each patient, in collaboration with each patient and family
in order to address all identified needs.
Maintain an accurate documentation of nursing care and
ensures patient confidentiality and integration of
information to the health care team.
Qualifications & Required Skills
BS in Nursing Graduate
Registered Nurse
With or without experience – have interest, skills and
knowledge is a PLUS
