Billing & Payment

We ensure transparency in patient treatment by outlining payment processes and accommodating
Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs). Our billing team clarifies charges, allowing patients to focus
on their health.

At the hospital, bills and doctor’s professional fees must be settled only at the main hospital Cashier located at the lobby. Patient must settle the bill in full upon discharge.

Discharges beyond office hours will be facilitated the next day. You may also check your in-patient running bill by scanning the QR Code provided using your 11-digit mobile number registered upon admission.

CSMC accepts the following modes of payment

  • Most major debit and credit cards
  • Maya (formerly PayMaya)
  • Online bank transfers
  • Accredited HMOs (LOA or LOG)
  • Corporate Letter of Authorization
