Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP):

Pre-exposure prophylaxis involves a series of vaccinations administered to individuals who are at an increased risk of exposure to rabies. This proactive approach helps build immunity before potential contact with the virus, offering a protective shield against rabies infection.

Post-exposure Prophylaxis (PEP):

Post-exposure prophylaxis is a critical intervention for individuals who have been bitten or scratched by an animal, especially if the animal’s rabies status is uncertain. PEP involves a series of rabies vaccinations to prevent the onset of the disease after potential exposure. Our Animal Bite Center provides prompt assessment and administration of PEP to mitigate the risk of rabies transmission.

Rabies Immunoglobulin:

Rabies Immunoglobulin (RIG) is a crucial component in the management of rabies exposure. It provides immediate passive immunity by supplying antibodies to neutralize the virus. Within this category, we offer two types:

  1. Equine Rabies Immunoglobulin (ERIG):
  2. Human Rabies Immunoglobulin (HRIG):
