January 7, 2022

Keep you and your loved ones safe by availing of Cardinal Santos Medical Center’s COVID-19 screening tests. To check if you have been infected by the COVID-19, you can choose from the RT-PCR Swab Test, Antigen Test, or Rapid Antibody Test. To find out if you have protection against COVID-19, you can choose the IgG Quantitative Antibody Blood Test.

The RT-PCR (reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction) Swab Test is a highly accurate test that detects the presence of the coronavirus. It is considered the gold standard in SARS-CoV-2 detection. Results will be released within 24 to 48 hours.

The Antigen Test determines if a person is infected with a pathogen like the coronavirus. Results will be released within 2 to 4 hours.

The Rapid Antibody Test detects if the antibodies in the blood have been exposed to the coronavirus. Results will be released within 2 hours.

The IgG Quantitative Antibody Blood Test determines COVID-19 immune response by detecting antibodies. Results will be released within 5 hours.
